THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT FUND

The HRDF's primary mission is to support and enhance the Saudi national workforce in the private sector. It achieves this by providing financial assistance for their training and qualification, as well as sharing the costs of workforce development with employers. Additionally, the fund subsidizes a portion of the salaries of individuals once they are employed in the private sector after undergoing training and qualification programs. This initiative is closely aligned with the goals of the National Development Fund and Saudi Vision 2030, contributing significantly to economic growth and the skilled employment of Saudi nationals in the private sector.

Qiwa works to organize and follow up on all the transactions between the various parties, including employees, governmental and private establishments, in an automated and immediate manner without the need for paper transactions. The Professional Accreditation Program is an umbrella for verifying educational and professional certificates of foreign talents planning to work in Saudi before arriving to the kingdom as well as verifying whether a professional worker possesses the necessary skills to perform their profession by conducting tests in their specialization. The program aims to become a leading contributor in developing the professional workforce, according to international standards, to meet the needs of the Saudi labor market. This is achieved by enhancing the quality of services provided and increasing productivity in the labor market, as well as reducing the influx of unqualified labor and financial waste.

As one of the vision's initiatives to improve the contractual relationship, Mudad was launched as a financial technology platform. The program supports establishments to create work environments that achieve the highest levels of compliance with the policies and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, through an integrated cycle that begins with the establishment’s self-assessment to know the percentage of its compliance with laws and regulations, and then with the program points out the errors or violations after that the establishment is given a corrective period before the final visit of the ministry’s inspector.
